OWNERSHIP - This site is owned by Jason Walsh, and Jason Walsh Entertainment (herewithin "JWE").  All information, photos, design, and source HTML code is the exclusive property of Jason Walsh and JWE unless otherwise noted.  No portion of this site may be reproduced, removed, or linked to via another website without the written permission of JWE.  Clients of JWE and other industry vendors may link to the main page at jasonwalsh.net or jasonwalshentertainment.com. 
2. USE - Use of this site is limited to current and potential clients interested in obtaining DJ entertainment at their private events.  No right of use is granted to persons, companies, or organizations attempting to gain competitive advantage or contact information for unsolicited emails or mailings.  Only legitimate inquires shall be made when requesting information about specific DJ availability.  No competitor is granted use of the JWE availability calendar without prior consent.
3. FEES & AVAILABILITY - JWE shall not be bound by any specific price mentioned on this website, and all fees and availability are subject to change without notice.  While all efforts are made to keep the JWE availability calendar updated, there is no guarantee that your specific date is available until a contract is signed and a deposit is paid.  Availability requests made through this website are not an offer to contract and neither the requestor or JWE shall be required to complete or offer a contract.

5.  SUBMISSIONS - Any photo, music, or written submission to JWE may be used for any purpose, including advertising or publication on this website or printed matter.
