So how does the chart break down?

Entertaining  (4-5 hours)  -  This is the time that I am actually playing music at your reception.

Pre Event Travel  (2 hours)  - This is the time I travel to our initial consultation and subsequent planning meetings.

Meetings  (2 hours)  - This is the amount of time spent on in-person or phone meetings.

Phone Calls/Emails  (2-3 hours)  - Throughout the year or so leading up to your wedding, I average about 20-30 emails per client (both sent and received), and maybe another 6-10 phone calls.  These include everything from planning our initial meeting, to music questions, to confirmation of plans with your coordinator, other vendors, and venue staff.
